ASSESSOR MEETING MINUTES

DECEMBER 12, 2011

1:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Richard B. Gorden, Paula B. Keefe, Ellen

                  W.  Abelson and Mark J. Mazur

1.   The Board reviewed and then signed a revised LA-13 New Growth form for

      Fiscal Year 2012.

     2.   The Board discussed the Fiscal Year 2012 Tax Classification hearing that is

           scheduled for Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 7:00 P.M.

3. The Board discussed applicants for the Senior Clerk position. The Board decided

           to hold second interviews on Monday evening, December 19th at  6:30 P.M. in the

           Selectmen’s meeting room
